The electrical component was detailed and complicated because we wanted to separate and isolate each floor. Just make sure that you negotiate ahead of time about how much he would charge or you might be in for a BIG surprise! He was at my house for 2 hrs and 15 mins in total and he wanted $ 627.00!!!
